摘要
首先介绍了国内外机器人的发展,然后根据机械原理与机械结构的要求,依据方案对结构进行定型,设计传动路线,主要包括齿轮与轴的设计、轴承的选择等。最后对各部分部件进行所受应力应变分析,校核是否达到设计要求,并针对设计的不足进行改进。
This paper first introduces the development of robots at home and abroad. Then according to the requirements of mechanical principles and mechanical structures, according to the plan, the structure is stereotyped, the transmission route is designed, including the design of gears and shafts, and the selection of bearings. Finally, the stress and strain analysis is carried out for each part, and whether the check meets the design requirements and improves the design shortage.
