摘要
在大型机械设备运行中,小汽轮机经常出现速关-调节阀故障的现象,最终导致汽轮机出现非计划停车事故。现阶段,小汽轮机可以应用在大型机械设备中,其最为关键的技术发展方向是:分析调节阀安装位置的合理性,即分析小汽轮机速关-调节阀故障原因并提出解决措施。
In the operation of large-scale mechanical equipment, small steam turbines often have a phenomenon of speed-off-valve failure, which eventually leads to unplanned parking accidents in the steam turbine. At this stage, small steam turbines can be used in large-scale mechanical equipment. The most critical technical development direction is to analyze the rationality of the installation position of the regulating valve, that is, to analyze the cause of the failure of the small steam turbine quick-closing valve and propose solutions.
