摘要
分析了后视镜调节开关在对旋钮进行旋转操作时,摩擦扭矩对操作手感的影响。通过模拟仿真计算,对比结构优化前后的转矩角度曲线。制作样机,并进行测试验证。
This paper analyzes the influence of friction torque on the handle of the rearview mirror adjusting switch when the knob is rotated. The torque angle curve before and after structural optimization is compared by simulation calculation. The prototype is manufactured and tested.
