摘要
本文对某500kV变电站一起35kV站用变爆炸事故进行了分析,该变压器是干式变压器,提出造成该起事故是由于绕组引出线分接头存在缺陷,加之局部受潮,运行中热效应累积所致。为应对此类故障,本文论述了《变压器交接试验标准》中的不足及补充,增加温升试验、局部放电试验;另外,一次电缆和重要的二次保护电缆不能同沟铺设。
This paper analyses the variable explosion accident of a 35kV station in a 500KV substation. The transformer is a dry type transformer. The reason is that the cause of the accident is due to the defect of the winding extraction line joint, and the local damp and the accumulation of heat effect during the operation. In order to cope with this kind of fault, this paper discusses the deficiency and supplement in the standard of transformer connection test, increases the temperature rise test and the partial discharge test. In addition, the first cable and the important two protection cables can not be laid in the same ditch.
