随着科学技术的进步,锅炉设备不断更新,由于在运行过程中,热水锅炉的给水循环量比较大,水中会积聚一定的溶解物质,这些溶解物质对锅炉设备具有一定侵蚀作用,影响锅炉设备的正常运行和减少热水锅炉使用寿命。分析热水锅炉设备腐蚀原因,并根据这些原因提出相应的维护和防腐蚀措施,希望能提高热水锅炉使用寿命。

With the advancement of science and technology, boiler equipment is constantly updated. Due to the large amount of water supply circulation of hot water boilers during operation, certain dissolved substances will accumulate in the water. These dissolved substances have a certain erosive effect on the boiler equipment, affecting the normal operation of the boiler equipment and reducing the service life of the hot water boiler. This paper analyzes the causes of corrosion of hot water boiler equipment, and proposes corresponding maintenance and anti-corrosion measures according to these reasons, hoping to improve the service life of hot water boilers.
