摘要
在堆取料机、门座机、海工吊等设备的制作过程中,公、母铰轴耳板间配合尺寸的要求高,制作人员需要在构件装焊完成后,用机加工耳板厚度的方法确保其配合要求。但是,母铰轴两片耳板内开档尺寸较小,因此需要特殊机床才能进行加工。针对这种情况,结合常规机加工工艺,设计了一种装配、焊接精度控制的方法。
In the production process of stacker and reclaimer, door base machine, marine crane and other equipment, the requirements for the matching size between the male and female hinged ear plates are high, and the production personnel need to machine the thickness of the ear plate after the component is welded. The method ensures that it meets the requirements. However, due to the design requirements, the two open ears of the female hinge shaft are often small in size, so special machine tools are required for processing. In view of such a situation, combined with the conventional machining process, this paper discusses the design of a method of precision control through assembly and welding.
