摘要
设计锚杆钻机液压控制系统,分析其工作原理,采用AMESim软件对该系统进行建模仿真,依据仿真曲线分析锚杆钻机推进回转钻进时,回转压力及负载力对推进力的影响。仿真结果验证了液压系统设计的合理性,为锚杆钻机液压控制系统设计提供理论基础。
In this paper, the hydraulic control system of the anchor drilling rig is designed, and its working principle is analyzed. The system is modeled and simulated by AMESim software. According to the simulation curve, the influence of the swing pressure and the load force on the propulsive force is analyzed when the anchor drilling rig advances the rotary drilling. The simulation results verify the rationality of the hydraulic system design and provide a theoretical basis for the design of the hydraulic control system of the anchor drilling rig.
