摘要 机械臂的多轴多段连续插补运动中的控制器种类繁多,如雷赛的运动控制卡、欧姆龙的NX系列控制器等。这些品牌控制器成本高,外围器件多,二次开发门槛高,而自主研发生产运动控制电路板耗时费力,得不偿失。经研究后设计了一种PLC与电气器件搭建的新型运动控制器,实现多轴多段连续插补运动的控制。 There are many kinds of controllers in the multi-axis and multi-segment continuous interpolation movement of the manipulator, such as the sports control card of Raytheon and the NX series controller of Omron. These brand controllers have high cost, many peripheral devices, and high secondary development thresholds; and the independent development and production of motion control circuit boards is time-consuming and laborious, and it is not worth the candle. After research, a new type of motion controller built by PLC and electrical components is designed to realize the control of multi-axis and multi-segment continuous interpolation motion.
