凉爽舒适型精纺毛织物的吸湿排汗性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用羊毛与调湿控温涤纶混纺纱织制3种不同规格的精纺毛织物,通过测试织物的厚度及透气性探讨织物结构参数对织物冷感的影响。采用AQUARESIN SR-100T和AQUARESIN SR-200Y两种吸湿排汗助剂同时对精纺毛织物进行整理,测试吸湿排汗整理后织物的芯吸高度、透湿率及蒸发速率等指标,对精纺毛织物的吸湿排汗性能进行研究。结果表明,在调湿控温涤纶与吸湿排汗助剂的共同作用下,精纺毛织物具有了良好的吸湿排汗性能。 The paper explored the influence of fabric structure parameters on cool feeling by measuring the thickness and permeability of the worsted fabrics,which were woven into three specifications with the blended yarns of wool and polyester of adjustable temperature and humidity. After the worsted fabrics were finished with the auxiliaries of AQUARESIN SR-100T and AQUARESIN SR-200Y,the wicking height and the properties of moisture absorption and evaporation were measured. The results showed that the worsted fabrics obtained excellent properties of moisture absorption,with the coaction of both the auxiliaries and the polyester of adjustable temperature and humidity.
