工业遗产是城市文化的重要组成部分,见证了城市工业文明的历史起源与发展蝶变,是城市发展底蕴和工业脉络传承的基础,具有历史、科学、社会、艺术、经济等价值。在城市现代化、国际化转向之际,探讨工业遗产保护与利用的新模式成为一项重要课题。以青岛纺织工业遗产的保护与利用为例,探讨工业遗产保护与利用的途径,以期为工业遗产的保护与利用研究提供新思路。

Being the foundation of both urban development and inheritance of industrial evolution,industrial heritage has witnessed the historical origin and development of urban industrial civilization,which is of great value in history,science,society,art,and economy. On the point of urban modernization and internationalization,exploring a new mode for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage has become an important task. The paper explored the approaches to the protection and utilization of industrial heritage,with Qingdao city’s Practice as an example,in the hope of providing a new sight and perspective for the future research.
