“A community of shared future for mankind”is a beautiful vision put forward in the new era about the development of human society. It is a“global outlook”which transcends the nation-state and ideology. It is not only rooted in the time-honored Chinese traditional culture and the great conduct of China’s diplomatic practice,but it is also the product of inter- civilization exchanges in today’s world. As the transcendence and the innovation of the traditional international relations,it enriches China’s diplomatic theory system and contributes to the transformation of the global governance. To promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind,a type of international relations featuring win-win cooperation is the key,with a community of shared future for the neighboring countries the first priority,a community of shared future for the developing countries the cornerstone,and multilateral diplomatic platforms and mechanisms the basis.
