中外合作办学背景下的党建工作研究--以红河国际学院为例创新基层党建工作“4C”工程

Research on Party Building under the Background of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools——Taking Red River College in Canada as an Example to innovate the "4C" Project of Party Building at the Grass-roots Level

依托于辽宁省首个高职类中外合作办学机构——红河国际学院,研究与实践基于中外合作办学背景下的党建工作,为国际合作背景下的人才培养提供有意义的借鉴。实践表明,要充分发挥基层党组织的特色与亮点,拓宽工作思想和措施,确保中外合作办学沿着健康有序正确的方向发展。阐述了不断加强高校基层组织建设,做到一个责任,践行"两学一做",抓好三方面内容,实施"4C"工程,以此为我国高校中外合作办学的党建工作提供一定的参考。

The paper focuses on the research and practice of China-Canada cooperation in running schools un-der the backgrotmd of party construction, which provides international cooperation under the background ofthe talent training meaningful reference. Experiences shows that we should give full play to the special featuresand window of the grass-roots party organizations, broaden the working thought and measures and ensure thedevelopment of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools in a healthy, orderly and correct direction. This pa-per expounds the strengthening construction of grass-roots organization, does a responsibility, practices partybuilding studies, and pays special attention to three aspects and the project of ＂4C＂. This will provide some ref-erences for the improvement of the party building of Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools in Chinese univer-sities.
