线粒体DNA在危重症中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 迄今为止,线粒体作为细胞器,在细胞能量代谢、氧化磷酸化、细胞凋亡等中的功能已经被广泛、深入地研究。近年来,线粒体DNA(mitoehondrial DNA,mtDNA)受到越来越多的关注,尤其是mtDNA作为损伤相关分子模式(damage-associated molecular patterns,DAMPs)的功能。
