不同产地降香黄檀种子培育苗木叶片的抗寒性比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】研究比较不同产地降香黄檀的抗寒性,为降香黄檀跨区域引种提供技术支持及科学参考。【方法】以生长于海南尖峰岭、海南儋州、福建仙游和福建福州等8个产地的降香黄檀幼苗为试验材料,以常温(20℃)为对照,低温处理梯度分别为4、0、-3、-6和-9℃,测定及分析其相对电导率和半致死温度(LT50)以及叶片中游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。【结果】产自福建福州的降香黄檀低温半致死温度(LT50)最低,为-7.842℃,海南儋州的降香黄檀LT50最高,为0.127℃。降香黄檀降温过程中叶片相对电导率随温度的降低呈上升趋势,脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量先上升后下降,丙二醛含量呈上升趋势。【结论】8个产地降香黄檀耐寒性强弱顺序依次为福建福州>广西桂林>福建仙游>海南尖峰岭>广东普宁>广东肇庆>广西凭祥>海南儋州。 【Objective】To provide technical support and scientific reference for the introduction of Dalbergia odorifera across regions,the cold resistance of D.odorifera plants from different places was studied and compared.【Method】D.odorifera plants from 8 places including Jianfengling,Danzhou,Xianyou and Fuzhou were used as experimental materials,and normal temperature(20 ℃) were used as control.The low temperature treatments gradient were 4,0,-3,-6 and-9 ℃.The relative conductivity,semi-lethal temperature(LT50) and the content of free proline,soluble sugar and malondialdehyde(MDA) in leaves were measured and analyzed.【Result】Lethal temperature(LT50)of D.odorifera from Fuzhou was the lowest(-7.842 ℃),LT50 of D.odorifera from Danzhou was the highest(0.127 ℃).The relative conductivity of the leaves of D.odorifera increased with the decrease of temperature during the cooling process.Proline and soluble sugar increased first and then decreased,and MDA content showed an upward trend.【Conclusion】The strong-to-weak sequence of cold-resistance of8 producing areas was Fujian FuzhouGuangxi GuilinFujian XianyouHainan JianfenglingGuangdong PuningGuangdong ZhaoqingGuangxi PingxiangHainan Danzhou.
