摘要
论述了电磁感应紫外线灯管的工作原理及UVC射线的产生机理。开发了单端耦合及双端耦合的大功率电磁感应UVC灯管,与传统紫外线灯管相比具有无电子粉污染,长寿命,低光衰,UVC射线强度高,结构紧凑,无须护套管直接潜水应用的优点。该灯既适用于光解挥发性有机化合物(VOCs),更适用于水处理中的杀菌消毒清除藻类微生物,特别适用于污水处理中高级光催化氧化技术。
Firstly,the principle of electromagnetic induction ultraviolet lamp and the mechanism of UVC rays are elaborated. High power electromagnetic induction UVC lamps with single-ended coupling and double-ended coupling are developed. Compared with traditional UV lamps,they have the advantages of no electronic powder pollution,long life,low light decay,high UVC ray intensity,compact structure and direct diving application without casing. The lamps can be applied to VOCs photolysis process,more suitable for the sterilization of water treatment to remove algae microorganisms,especially suitable for advanced photocatalytic oxidation technology in sewage treatment.
