摘要 在LED产品的二次光学设计中,光源的配光数据必不可少,但采用分布光度计测量的光强分布数据进行光学设计的效果往往与预期相差较大,这可能是因为从光源到透镜、反光杯等光学元件的距离可能很近,光强与照度之间换算的距离平方反比关系失效;同样的问题也会出现在利用LED灯具的配光数据进行照明设计的应用中。此时,基于空间亮度分布测量的近场分布光度计可解决此问题。本文详细介绍近场分布光度测量技术,并对近场测量中的关键问题进行分析。针对不同的测量对象,给出近场分布光度的测量解决方案,并进行测量实例的分析,为业界提供更为具体直观的近场光度应用建议。 In the secondary optical design of LED products,the light distribution data of the light source is essential,but the optical design result using the light intensity distribution data measured by a goniophotometer often has a large difference from the expected effects,which may be because the distance from the light source to the optical elements,such as lens and reflectors,is relatively close,so the Inverse Square Law of the distance between the light intensity and the illuminance becomes invalid,and the same problem can also occur in the lighting design application using the light distribution data of the LED lamps. However,a near-field goniophotometer based on spatial luminance distribution measurement can solve the above problem. This paper introduces the near-field distribution photometry technology in details and analyzes the key issues in near-field measurement. For different measurement objects,this paper also recommends measurement solutions for near-field distribution photometry,and analyzes the measurement examples,so as to provide more specific and intuitive recommendations for near-field photometry applications.
