摘要
目的寻找评价儿童支原体肺炎治疗效果的有效方法。方法收集72例利用血清支原体抗体检测法确诊为儿童支原体肺炎的患者,平均年龄(5.7±2.8)岁,给予同剂量阿奇霉素进行治疗。使用RNA实时荧光恒温扩增技术(SAT)检测治疗前后超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)和血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的差异。结果相对于治疗前,治疗后CRP、LDH明显降低(P<0.05),随着SAT转阴时间的延长,CRP、LDH水平逐渐升高(P<0.05);相对于治疗前最大呼气流量(PEF)和1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),治疗后PEF明显改善,两组数据分别比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 SAT和血清LDH、CRP联合检测,对临床诊断支原体肺炎演变和发展具有重要意义。
Objective To find an effective way to evaluate the curative effect of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods 72 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia diagnosed by serum mycoplasma antibody detection were selected and treated with azithromycin at the same dose,the average age of the kids was 5. 7 ± 2. 8 years old. The differences between hypersensitive C reactive protein( CRP) and serum lactic dehydrogenase( SLDH)( LDH) before and after treatment were detected by RNA real-time simultaneous amplification and testing( RNA real-time SAT).Results Compared with the concentration before treatment,the levels of CRP and LDH were significantly decreased in the patients after treatment( P 0.05). With the prolongation of RNA realtime SAT turning-to-negative time,the levels of CRP and LDH increased gradually( P 0. 05). After the treatment the PEF and FEV1 significantly improved( P0.01).Conclusions Combined detection of RNA realtime SAT,serum LDH and CRP have important clinical significance for diagnosing the occurrence and development of mycoplasma pneumonia.
