小儿肠套叠空气灌肠复位的观察与护理方法

Observation and nursing method of gaseous enema reduction in children with intussusception

目的探究小儿肠套叠空气灌肠复位的观察与护理。方法随机选取2015年2月—2016年3月在本院住院治疗的70例肠套叠患儿作为调查对象,采用数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受规范化护理,以SPSS 17.0统计学软件分析两组复位、不良反应等情况。结果观察组一次空气灌肠复位成功率为94.29%,对照组一次空气灌肠复位成功率为77.14%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论规范化护理有助于提高肠套叠患儿空气灌肠复位的一次性成功率,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the observation and nursing of gaseous enema reduction in children with intussusception.Methods Seventy infants with intussusception who were hospitalized in our hospital during February 2015 and March 2016 were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by digital table method,thirty-five cases in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing,the observation group received standardized nursing,the reduction and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed by using SPSS17. 0 statistical software. Results The success rate of gaseous enema reduction in the observation group was 94.29%,and it was 77.14% in the control group,there was statistically significant between the two groups（ P0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,there was statistically significant（ P 0.05）. Conclusions Standardized nursing can improve the one-time success rate of gaseous enema reduction in children with intussusception and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of promotion.
