大数据时代背景下,物联网通信系统智慧化、建筑物智慧化、海量信息资源数字化、信息环境智慧化、文献管理智能化,中国高校图书馆的营运模式将面临从信息化向智慧化的转变,而高校图书馆资源建设资金的高投入与相对滞后的图书馆服务能力之间的矛盾将是大数据时代下的高校图书馆运营的主要矛盾,因此本文探讨目前日益智慧化环境下的高校图书馆的智慧服务工作,具有广泛的应用前景和重要的现实意义。高校智慧服务研究不仅有利于提高高校图书馆的馆藏资源、电子资源的利用率与利用价值以及学科专业信息资源阅读推广导向服务能力,也有利于优化高校图书馆的环境服务功能、提升其社会地位。

Under the background of big data,intelligent internet of things communication system,intelligent buildings,massive information resources digitization,intelligent information environment,intelligent document management,the operation mode of University Libraries in China will face the change from information to wisdom.The contradiction between the high investment of university library resources construction funds and the lagging library service ability will be the main contradiction of university library operation in the era of big data.Therefore,this paper discusses the increasingly intelligent environment.The intelligent service of university libraries has broad application prospects and important practical significance.The research of university intelligence service is not only beneficial to improve the collection resources,the utilization and value of electronic resources,and the reading and popularization service ability of subject information resources,but also to optimize the environmental service function and enhance the social status of university library.
