摘要
我国法学专业核心课程体系历经了一个不断完善的过程,新的体系采取"10+X"设置模式。就法学专业学生必修的10门核心课程而言,可以分为专业理念类、专业架构类、职业操守类三类。教学过程中除了传统的教学方法外,专业理念类课程应当充分运用"助产士"和"纵横比较"的教学方法;专业架构类课程应凸显"教义思维"和"阶段递进"的教学方法;而在职业操守类课程教学过程中,"职业自信"和"案例警示"教学方法不可或缺。
China's legal core courses system has gone through a process of perfecting. The new core courses system adopts the "10 + X" classification setting mode. For the 10 core courses required by law students, they can be divided into three categories:professional concept,professional structure and professional ethics. In addition to the traditional teaching meth- ods, the teaching methods of "midwife" and "vertical and horizontal comparison" should be well used in the professional concept classes. The professional structure classes should highlight the method of "doctrinal thinking" and "progressive by phase" while the method of "professional confidence" and "case warning" is indispensable in the professional ethics course teaching.
