研究生法律英语教学与本科相比有很多差异,如学生人数不同、学习阶段不同、学习目标不同等,因此教学经验不能简单复制。尤其对地方高校来说,考虑到人才培养的实际情况,应当强调法律英语教学的学术性,以阅读讨论式的教学方法为主,兼而采取其他的教学方法,通过解决教学活动中存在的问题,提升学生阅读英语论文和案例的能力。通过教学活动的检验,这样的改革措施是可行的,从长远来看,这对提升学生的综合素质也有积极的意义。

There are many differences between graduate legal English teaching and undergraduate teaching,and the teaching experience can not be simply copied.Especially for local colleges and universities,it is necessary to take the academic nature as the teaching objective of legal English,adopt appropriate teaching methods,and improve students ability to read English papers and cases by solving practical problems in teaching activities.Through the test of teaching activities,such a reform program is feasible,and in the long term,it is also of positive significance to improve the overall quality of students.
