摘要
UV光固化涂料在"物理气相沉积(PVD)"中的应用,为推进塑料金属化的功能优化提供了先进的跨界技术手段。介绍了物理气相沉积(PVD)的基本概念、UV光固化过程的"底漆"与"面漆",以及金属真空镀膜的"三明治"膜层结构。文中最后描述了两个应用实例。
Applications of UV-curable coatings in physical vapor deposition(PVD)provide advanced cross-border technologies for function optimization of plastic substrate metallization.PVD basic conception,primer and topcoat in UV-curing processes,and PVD+UV sandwich structure are introduced.Finally,two application examples are described.
