摘要
以1,6-己二胺盐酸盐和1,6-双氰基胍基己烷为原料,水为溶剂,盐酸为催化剂合成了聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)。用紫外分光光度法对产物进行了表征。研究了原料1,6-己二胺盐酸盐与1,6-双氰基胍基己烷物质的量比、水的用量、催化剂、反应温度、反应时间对产物收率的影响,得出了最优条件:n(1,6-己二胺盐酸盐):n(1,6-双氰基胍基己烷)=1:0.95,m(1,6-己二胺盐酸盐):m(水)=1:1,盐酸为催化剂、反应温度为160℃、反应时间为5h。在该条件下,PHMB的分子量可以达到2600,收率为98.4%。
Polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride(PHMB)was synthesized from 1,6-hexanediamine hydrochloride and 1,6-dicyanoguanidine hexane in water as solvent and hydrochloric acid as catalyst.The products were characterized by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The effects of molar ratio of 1,6-hexanediamine hydrochloride to 1,6-dicyanoguanidine hexane,amount of water,catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of the product were studied.The optimum conditions were obtained:n(1,6-hexanediamine hydrochloride):n(1,6-dicyanoguanidine hexane)= 1:0.95,m(1,6-hexanediamine hydrochloride):m(water)= 1:1,hydrochloric acid as catalyst,reaction temperature 160 ℃,reaction time 5 h.Under this condition,the molecular weight of PHMB can reach 2600 and the yield is 98.4%.
