摘要
以薄荷醇为原料,经次氯酸钠氧化为薄荷酮。在三氯化铝的催化作用下,薄荷酮与甘油缩合合成了薄荷酮甘油缩酮(MGK)。考察了各反应因素对两步反应的影响,确定了最佳合成工艺。
Menthol glycerol ketal（MGK）was synthesized from menthol by oxidation of menthol with sodium hypochlorite and condensation with glycerol under the catalysis of aluminum trichloride.The influence of reaction factors on the two step reaction was investigated,and the best synthetic process was determined.
