柴胡桂枝汤合附子二仙加减治疗躯体化症状中辨证为阴类证的临床效果评价

Clinical evaluation of Bupleurum and Guizhi Decoction Combined with Fuzi Erxian Decoction in the treatment of somatization is dialectically Yin syndrome

目的研究柴胡桂枝汤合附子二仙为基本方随证加减治疗躯体化症状中辨证为阴类证患者的疗效。方法采用随机对照方法,将符合纳入标准的躯体化症状(中医证型为阴类证)的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组以柴胡桂枝汤合附子二仙为基本方随症加减。对照组根据《2016年综合医院焦虑、抑郁与躯体化症状诊断治疗的专家共识》予西医治疗方案。1个月为1个疗程。分别于治疗前、治疗1个月后使用15项患者健康问卷(PHQ-15)筛查躯体化症状及评估严重程度,最后对两组患者治疗前后的量表积分进行统计分析。结果治疗1个月后两组受试患者中大部分患者躯体化症状均有不同程度的缓解,治疗组疗效接近于对照组。结论通过本研究验证柴胡桂枝汤合附子二仙为基本方能有效治疗躯体化症状(中医证型为阴类证),效果跟西药相当,但是治疗组患者的体验明显优于对照组,不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of bupleurum guizhi decoction combined with fuzi erxian as the basic prescription in the treatment of somatization symptoms. Methods Patients who met the inclusion criteria of somatization symptoms （TCM syndrome type is Yin syndrome） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group took bupleurum cassia twig decoction and aconite as the basic prescription.The control group received western medicine treatment plan according to the expert consensus of 2016 comprehensive hospital diagnosis and treatment of anxiety,depression and somatization symptoms.A month is a course of treatment. Respectively before and after one month treatment using 15 patients health questionnaire （PHQ-15） screening somatization symptoms and severity evaluation,the final scale scores of two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed. Results After one month of treatment,most of the two groups of patients had dift-rent degrees of relief of somatization symptoms. Conclusion This study verifies that Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Fuzi Erxian as the basic prescription can effectively treat somatizalion symptoms （traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type is Yin syndrome）,the effect is similar to Western medicine,but the experience of patients in the treatment group is significantly better than that in the control group,with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
