泌尿外科内镜手术中应用护理风险管理的效果分析

目的观察泌尿外科内镜手术中应用护理风险管理的效果。方法选取本院2017年2月～2018年3月泌尿外科行内镜手术患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机法分为对照组与实验组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理;实验组在常规护理基础上采用护理风险管理。观察比较两组护理人员手术护理配合质量评分、患者的手术满意度以及患者手术各项临床指标。结果实验组在各项手术护理配合的质量评分中均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组患者对手术的满意度高于对照组患者(92.50%vs 72.50%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组患者手术时间与术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论泌尿外科内镜手术中应用护理风险管理临床效果佳,有效提高护理人员对手术护理配合的质量;患者对手术的满意度,减少手术时间及患者术后并发症,值得提倡与推广。

Objective Observe the effect of application risk care management in urinary exogenous interior mirror surgery. Methods 80 patients who underwent endoscopic surgmT in our hospital from FebrualT 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 eases in each group.The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group adopted nursing risk management on the basis of routine nursing.Observation and comparison of the two groups of nursing staff operation quality score,patients＇satisfaction with surgery and patients＇ surgical clinical indicators. Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in the quality scores of various surgical nursing eooperation,with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）;The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （92.50% vs 72.50%）,with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）;The operation time and the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group ,with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in endoscopic urology surgery has a good clinical effect,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing cooperation of nurses;Patients＇satisfaction with surgery,reduee operation time and postoperative complications,which is worthy of promotion and promotion.
