女孩月经初潮后身高增长(预测)与骨龄相关探讨

Discussion on the relationship between height growth(prediction) and bone age of girls after menarche

目的探讨分析女孩月经初潮后身高增长与骨龄相关性。方法选取我院2015年6月～2016年6月收治的80例月经初潮女生,对其初潮时及初潮后18个月当中每半年的身高、骨龄进行随访。结果所有研究对象初潮时平均年龄(10.3±2.1)岁,平均身高(153.27±3.25)cm,骨龄(12.75±0.27)岁。女生初潮骨龄将其按照大于12岁和小于12岁进行分组观察,每隔6个月生长速度,初潮后6个月,12个月以及18个月之间进行组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),不同骨龄组在后半年的生长速率存在差异性,骨龄比较大的组,其生长速率比较小。在初潮时骨龄与18个月的身高增长量之间呈现负直线相关性。结论女孩在月经初潮之后对其进行身高和骨龄的评价具有显著作用。

Objective To explore the relationship between height growth and bone age of girls after menarehe. Methods Eighty girls with menarehe in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected.The height and bone age were followed up every half year during menarehe and 18 months after menarehe. Results All the research subjects at menarehe,the average age was （10.3 ± 2.1） years,the average height was （153.27 ± 3.25）em,and the bone age was （12.75±0.27） years.Girls＇bone age at menarehe was observed in groups of more than 12 years old and less than 12 years old,growth rate evelT 6 months,6 months,12 months and 18 months after menarehe,the difference was signifieant（P 〈 0.05）.Different bone age groups had different growth rates in the second half of the year,and the growth rate was smaller in the group with larger bone age.Negative linear correlation between bone age at menarehe and height growth of 18 months. Conclusion It has a significant role in the evaluation of height and bone age after girls＇menarehe.
