强化细节管理提高消毒供应室护理管理质量

Strengthening detail management to improve the quality of nursing management in disinfection supply room

目的通过加强消毒供应室细节管理,提高护理管理质量。方法在2016年5～8月期间对我院32名消毒供应室护理人员进行细节管理教育,评价接受细节管理教育前后,消毒供应室护理人员的差错防范行为、护理意识。结果护理人员的差错防范意识、护理意识在实施细节管理教育后有了显著的改善,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),实施细节管理后,消毒供应室包装破碎、配置器械功能问题、物品失效、内容物不符等差错事件发生率均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在消毒供应室管理中强化细节管理可以提高其工作能力和效率。除此之外,通过实施细节管理,能提高供应室的消毒清洁质量,降低院感风险,保障医疗安全。

Objective To enhance the quality of nursing management by strengthening the detail management of disinfection supply room. Methods Thirty-two nurses in disinfection supply room of Yangehun People＇s Hospital were educated in detail management from May to August 2016.Before and after detailed management education,the error prevention behavior and nursing consciousness of nurses in disinfection supply room were evaluated. Results After the implementation of detail management education,the error prevention behavior and nursing consciousness of nurses were significantly improved,with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.After the implementation of detailed management,the incidence of errors such as broken packaging,functional problems of equipments,invalidation of articles and inconsistency of contents in disinfection supply room decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the management of disinfection supply room,strengthening detail management can improve working ability and efficiency.In addition,the implementation of detailed management can improve the quality of disinfection and cleaning of supply room,reduce hospital risk and ensure medical safety.
