SBAR交班模式在视网膜脱离患者中的应用及效果

Application and effect of SBAR shift mode in patients with retinal detachment

目的分析在视网膜脱离患者护理过程中应用"现状-背景-评估-建议"(SBAR)交班模式的效果。方法本研究选取我院2016年8月～2017年3月收治的视网膜脱离患者共计44例为对照组,2017年4月～2018年7月收治的视网膜脱离患者共计44例为观察组,对照组患者采用常规护理及交班模式,观察组患者在此基础上应用SBAR交班模式,对比两组交班时间、医生对交班满意度、两组护士对患者病情掌握程度以及患者对护理服务满意度。结果观察组交班时间短于对照组,交班满意度和各项评分水平均优于对照组;观察组护士对患者并且掌握程度明显好于对照组(P <0.05);患者护理服务满意度也明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 SBAR交班模式用于视网膜脱离患者围术期护理时,能够显著提高医护人员的交班效率和质量,有效提高患者对于护理服务的满意度,适宜在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of SBAR shift mode in the nursing of patients with retinal detachment. Methods Forty-four patients with retinal detachment in hospital from August 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the control group,and 44 patients with retinal detachment in hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the observation group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing and shift mode,and the patients in the observation group were given SBAR shift mode on this basis. Results The shift time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the shift satisfaction and various scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The nurses in the observation group had better mastery of patients than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing services was also significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion SBAR shift mode can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of medical staff in perioperative care of patients with retinal detachment,effectively improve patients＇satisfaction with nursing services,appropriate.It is widely applied in clinic.
