ICU医院获得性泌尿道感染病原菌及耐药分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析ICU医院获得性泌尿道感染病原菌及耐药情况。方法选择2016年1月~2018年5月在我院ICU治疗的医院获得性泌尿道感染患者88例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。统计患者医院获得性泌尿道感染病原菌检出情况,药敏试验结果。结果共检出病原菌164株,其中革兰阴性菌83株,占50.6%。大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林、氨曲南、氯霉素的耐药率达到100%;铜绿假单胞菌对所有药物均有不同程度的耐药率;鲍曼不动杆菌对所有药物均有较高的耐药率。屎肠球菌、粪肠球菌对青霉素、红霉素有较高的耐药率;凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌对青霉素、苯唑西林、红霉素均有较高的耐药率。共检测出8株真菌,对伊曲康唑、两性霉素B、氟康唑均敏感。结论重症监护室医院获得性泌尿系统感染常见的病原菌分布革兰阴性菌最高,但在具体的病菌分布上具有医院获得性泌尿系统感染的特点,菌株存在广泛的耐药性。 Objective To discuss pathogens causing nosocomial urinary tract infections and drug resistance in ICU. Methods Clinical data of 88 patients with hospital-acquired urinary tract infection treated in ICU from JanualT 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Hospital acquired urinary tract infection pathogen detection,drug sensitivity test results were counted. Results A total of 164 strains of pathogens were detected,of which 83 were Gram-negative bacteria,accounting for 50.6%.The resistance rate of Eseheriehia eoli to ampieillin,aztreonam and ehloramphenieol reached 100%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa had different degrees of resistance to all drugs.Aeinetobaeter Bauman had high resistance to all drugs.Enteroeoeeus faeeium and Enteroeoeeus faeealis had high resistance rates to penicillin and elTthromyein.Coagulase negative staphylococci had higher resistance rates to penieillin,oxaeillin and mTthromyein.A total of 8 strains of fungi were detected,which were sensitive to itraeonazole,amphoteriein B and fluconazole. Conclusion The most common pa|hogenic bacteria in the nosocomial urinary system infection in the ICU are the highest distribution of Gram-negative bacteria,but the specific pathogen distribution has the characteristic of nosocomial urinary tract infection,and the strain has extensive resistance.
