风险管理在控制产房医院感染中的应用

The application of risk management in the control of hospital infection in the delivery room

目的:针对产房医院感染的风险因素,采取相应的措施降低产房医院感染的发生率,探讨风险管理在医院感染控制中的重要作用。方法:2016年开始实施风险管理,统计并对比2015年和2016年新生儿和产妇医院感染发生率。结果:研究组孕产妇医院感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿医院感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理有效地控制了产房的医院感染率,在提高产科医疗质量和保证母婴安全方面发挥了有效地作用。

Objective： according to the risk factors of hospital infection in the delivery room, and take corresponding measures to reduce the incidence of hospital infection in the delivery room, the risk management of hospital infection control in an important role in the implementation of risk management. Methods： Risk management began in 2016, neonatal and maternal nosocomial infection rates were counted and compared in 2015 and 2016.Results： The infection rate of the pregnant women in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the infection rate of the neonatal hospital in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： the risk management can effectively control the rate of infection in the delivery room of the hospital, play a role in effectively to improve the quality of obstetric care and ensure maternal and child safety.
