摘要 尿素热解制氨工艺因由于其在安全方面的优势,已经在国内越来越多的燃煤电厂SCR脱硝工程中得到应用,但该技术在运行过程中存在运行费用高,燃烧器运行不稳定,绝热分解室堵塞等问题,不利于机组经济与安全运行,通过分析,找出问题原因,提出相应的解决对策。 Ammonia generated by urea pyrolysis was more and more widely used in SCR denitrification engineering in coal-fired power plants because of its security advantages. However,there were some issues about urea pyrolysis such as high operation cost,unsteady operation of burner,and blocking of thermal decomposition furnace,which went against economy and safety of the units.The reasons were found by analyzing the general problem existing in many power plants,and some relevant countermeasures were put forward.
