摘要
镀银反射膜在可见光区和红外区都有很高的反射率,可广泛应用在光学薄膜领域,是伴随液晶显示技术与产业而衍生的光学薄膜产品。主要应用于液晶显示背光模组及照明装置,市场规模大。市场上由美国和日本生产商所垄断,开发适合于液晶显示屏使用的镀银反射膜具有现实意义。本文研究了一种制备镀银反射膜的技术,重点考察了不同镀膜工艺、胶粘剂种类、胶粘剂中缓蚀剂的固含量及胶粘剂的涂层厚度对反射膜性能的影响。经过实验,研究制备出一种反射率达97%以上,无白边缺陷,无剥离问题且可量化生产的镀银反射膜。
Silver coated reflective film has high reflectivity in both visible and infrared regions. It can be widely used in the field of optical film. It is an optical film derived from the technology and industry of liquid crystal display. It is mainly used in LCD backlight module and lighting device with large market scale. The market is monopolized by American and Japanese manufacturers. It has practical significanceto develop silver coated reflective film suitable for LCD display. In this paper, a technique for preparing silver reflective coating was studied. The influence of different coating techniques, different adhesives,the solid content of the corrosion inhibitor in the adhesiveand the thickness of adhesive coating on the performance of the film was studied. Through experiments, we have prepared a silver reflector with a reflectivity of more than 97%, no white edge defect, no peel problem and quantifiable production.
