摘要
采用Vilsmeier反应合成2-氯-1-甲酰-3-羟基亚甲基环己烯。重点考察了投料比、反应温度、反应时间等影响因素。实验结果表明:n(环己酮):n(POCl3):n(DMF)=1:4:6,5℃下制备VHA试剂,80℃加热反应6h,2-氯-1-甲酰-3-羟基亚甲基环己烯收率达到67.3%。
2-chloro-3-(hydroxyMethylene)cyclohex-1-enecarbaldehyde was synthesized by Vilsmeier reaction. The materials ratio, reaction temperature, and reaction time were inspected. The results of experiment show that: n(cyclohexanone):n(POCl3) :n(DMF)= 1:4:6; VHA reagent prepared at 5℃; 80℃ heating reaction 6 h.The yield of 2-chloro-3-(hydroxy Methylene)cyclohex-1-enecarbaldehyde was 67.3%.
