高性能混凝土生产及工程应用

摘要 通过掺超细矿物掺合料,填充水泥石的孔隙,增加混凝土的密实度,高性能混凝土保证了构筑物的体积稳定性和强度,同时减少了水泥用量,在节约资源的同时降低对环境的污染。超细矿物掺合料降低了水泥硬化过程中的温升,减小了混凝土出现裂缝的可能性。高效减水剂极大地改善了了混凝土的工作性,提高了混凝土施工效率。高性能混凝土路面具有较高的抗折强度、体积稳定性和耐久性,路面荷载分布均匀、板面厚度较薄、容易铺筑与整修等特点。 Through adding superfine mineral admixture, the pore of cement stone is filled and the density of concrete is increased. The high performance concrete ensures the volume stability and strength of the structure, reduces the amount of cement and pollution of the environment while saving the resources. The superfine mineral admixture reduces the temperature rise during hardening and reduces the possibility of cracks in concrete. High efficiency water reducing agent has greatly improved the workability of concrete and improved the efficiency of concrete construction. High performance concrete pavement has the characteristics of high flexural strength, volume stability and durability, uniform pavement load distribution, thin slab thickness, easy paving and refurbishing.
