摘要
对于应用型本科院校的酒店管理专业而言,毕业实习的设计非常关键,然而在实际操作中,实习工作涉及面广,实习管理难度大,问题多,因此只有有效解决实习中的诸多问题,才能贯彻酒店管理专业人才培养方案。本文以"湖北第二师范学院酒店管理本科专业"为例,分析了实习中的各类问题与矛盾,并提出了解决方案。
For applied universities, graduation practice design of hotel management major is critical. However, the internship covers a wide range of areas and there are many problems. Therefore, only by effectively solving many problems in internship, we can implement the talent training program of hotel management major. This paper takes the hotel management major in Hubei University of Education as an example, analyzes various problems and contradictions in the internship, and proposes solutions.
