摘要
目的分析双链季铵盐类消毒剂对临床分离的革兰阳性球菌的灭菌效果,为消毒剂在临床科室的应用提供实验依据。方法对临床分离的革兰阳性球菌进行细菌鉴定及药敏试验,采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,分别用170 mg/L和340 mg/L的双链季铵盐消毒剂对其中革兰阳性球菌作用不同时间,观察其消毒效果。结果不同浓度消毒剂对各革兰阳性球菌作用1 min,平均杀灭对数值均> 7. 0,杀灭率达100. 00%;药敏试验表明,MRSA对复方新诺明外的其他抗菌药物的耐药率均高于MSSA(P <0. 05),MRS对所有抗菌药物的耐药性均高于MSS(P <0. 05),肠球菌属粪肠球菌对奎奴普丁/达福普汀、四环素外的其他抗菌药物耐药率均明显低于屎肠球菌(P <0. 05),屎肠球菌对氨苄西林的耐药率为92. 7%,粪肠球菌对氨苄西林完全敏感。结论该双链季铵盐消毒剂在低浓度、短时间内对多重耐药型革兰阳性球菌的杀灭效果卓著。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of double chain quaternary ammonium disinfectant in the sterilization of clinically isolated gram -positive coccus, so as to provide experimental basis for the application of disinfectant in clinical departments. Methods Bacterial identification and drug susceptibility test were conducted for the clinical separation of gram - positive coccus. Suspension quantitative germicidal test in concentration of 170 mg/L or 340 mg/L was used to determine the disinfectant efficacy. Results It was absolutely killed after reaction for 1 minute at both concentration. The average killing logarithm value of each gram positive coccus was greater than 7.0, and the killing rate was 100.00%. Drug susceptibility tests showed that the resistance rate of MRSA to antimicrobial drug except cotrimoxazole was higher than that of MSSA ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the resistant rate of MRS was higher than that of MSS for all antimicrobial agents (P 〈 0.05 ). The drug resistance rate of Enterococcus faecalis was significantly lower than that of Enterococcus faecium to other antibacterial except quinupristin/Dafoe leptin and tetracycline (P 〈0. 05). The resistant rate of Enterococcus faecium to ampicillin was 92.7%, while Enterococcus faecalis was completely sensitive to ampicillin. Conclusion Double - chain quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant can completely inhibit Gram - positive bacteria rapidly at low concentration.
