二甲基精氨酸、同型半胱氨酸和C-反应蛋白与急性脑梗死的相关性 被引量:6

Correlation of dimethylarginine,homocysteine and C-reactive protein with acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的测定不对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)在急性脑梗死患者血浆中的含量,讨论三者与脑梗死之间的联系,并分析在脑梗死发病中ADMA的功能。方法设立实验组122例急性脑梗死患者,对照组100例健康者。通过ELISA法检测2组人群ADMA和CRP在血浆中的含量,采用酶循环法检测Hcy的含量;利用Spearman方法进行相关性分析。结果血浆ADMA、Hcy及CRP含量,实验组均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。Spearman相关分析显示,ADMA、Hcy和CRP与急性脑梗死均呈明显正相关(r=0. 907,P <0. 001)。结论高ADMA、Hcy和CRP与急性脑梗死发病关系密切,可能的机制是Hcy造成了ADMA的累积,进一步影响血管内皮细胞的功能,在脑梗死发病过程中起到一定的作用。 Objective To investigate the contents of asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), homocysteine (Hcy) and C - reaction protein(CRP) in plasma of patients with cerebral infarction, to discuss the connection between the three indexes and cerebral infarction, and to analyze the function of ADMA in the incidence of cerebral infarction. Methods 122 patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) were assigned to experiment group and 100 healthy people were recruited as control group. Blood samples were collected to detect plasma concentrations of ADMA and CRP by ELISA, and Hcy content was detected by circulating enzymatic method. Spearman was used for correlation analysis. Results Plasma concentrations of ADMA, Hcy and CRP in experiment group were significantly higher than those in control group, with the difference statistically significant between the two groups ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Spearman correlation analysis showed that ADMA, Hcy and CRP were remarkably correlated with ACI ( r = 0. 907, P 〈 0. 001 ). ConcLusion High ADMA and high Hcy levels are significantly associated with ACI. Abnormal Hcy metabolism may play an important role by promoting ADMA accumulation and lead to the derangement of blood vessel endothelium function in the pathogenesis of cerebral infarction.
