成都市人感染H7N9病例标本采集检测分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解采样方式、采样时间与检出人感染H7N9病毒核酸的关系,完善人感染H7N9病例标本的检测方案。方法采集17例人感染H7N9病例的上呼吸道和下呼吸道标本,使用实时荧光RT-PCR法检测H7N9,比较不同方式和不同时间采集标本检测结果。结果上呼吸道标本和下呼吸道标本的检出时间中位数均为7 d,最早的检出时间为3 d。下呼吸道标本H7N9病毒的载量高于上呼吸道标本。结论感染H7N9发病后7 d内上呼吸道标本能够检出H7N9病毒核酸,标本采集时间发病后越早越好,标本采集首选下呼吸道标本。提高各级医疗机构医生的临床诊断能力,缩短疑似感染H7N9病例标本采集时间。 Objective To understand the relationship between sampling method, sampling time and detection of human H7N9 virus nucleic acid, and to improve the detection scheme of human infected H7N9 patients. Methods Samples from upper respiratory and lower respiratory tract in 17 H7N9 infection cases were collected, and H7N9 was detected by real - time fluorescence RT - PCR, and the specimen detection results wdre detected in different ways and at different time. Results The diagnosis median detection time of the upper respiratory tract specimens and the lower respiratory tract specimens was 7 d, and the earliest detection time was 3 d. The load of H7N9 virus in the lower respiratory tract was higher than that of the upper respiratory tract. Conclusion H7N9 virus nucleic acid can be detected in the upper respiratory tract specimens of patients infected with HTN9 after 7 d onset. The sooner the specimen is collected, the better it is, and the lower respiratory specimens are preferred for specimen collection. It is necessary to improve the clinical diagnosis ability of doctors at all levels of medical institutions, and to shorten the collection time of specimens of suspected H7N9 patients.
