天然岩沥青混凝土路面质量控制探讨

Discussion on Quality Control of Natural Rock Asphalt Concrete Pavement

文章结合国道322线全州至桂林一级公路K272+000～K272+800段沥青混凝土路面工程实例,介绍选用NES天然岩沥青作为外掺剂,利用当地丰富的石灰岩石材作为掺料制备沥青混合料,从选材、配合比及施工等环节阐述了天然岩沥青路面质量控制措施,并通过试验路铺筑检测,验证了该天然岩沥青路面各项指标达到合格标准,实现了经济价值。

Combining the asphalt concrete pavement engineering of K322＋ 000-K272＋ 800 section in Quanzhou-Guilin Arterial Highway of National Highway 322,this article introduced the asphalt mixture preparation by using the NES natural rock asphalt as the admixture and using the local abundant limestone as the mixing material, described the quality control measures for natural rock asphalt pavements from the aspects of material selection, mix ratio and construction, and, through the testing and paving of test roads, it verified that all indicators of this natural rock asphalt pavement meet the qualification standards,which realized the economic value.
