This article analyzed the necessity of subgrade compaction technology construction for high way engineering, then, from the aspects of compaction procedures, soil moisture degree, and compac tion equipment selection,it proposed the precautions during the pavement compaction of highway en gineering,and summarized the pavement compaction technology plan in highway engineering.
