摘要
现代学徒制模式下高职物流管理专业开展创新创业教育,具有明显的结合专业特征,符合创新创业教育要"结合专业"来开展的要求。同时,高职物流管理专业的创新创业教育在现代学徒制模式下开展,更能产生具有专业创新性和行业需求性的创业项目,具有较大的经济价值和社会价值。然而,高职物流管理专业现代学徒制试点中双创教育与专业教育分离,学生创新意识、创业精神和双创技能的培养专业教育脱节,学生主体、自主学习和终身学习能力不足等问题突出,为此,聊城职业技术学院物流管理专业构建和实践了基于现代学徒制的高职物流管理专业"六层四维度"双创教育体系,确立"通识化—融合化—专业化—个性化"梯次递进的双创人才培养目标,构建"四岗四阶段"能力递进课程体系及从"社团孕育、赛会遴选、项目训练到创业实践"的进阶式创新创业实践训练体系,建立从"启蒙教育、预备教育、专门教育到实战训练"的进阶式创新创业教育体系,采用"课程—模拟—实践—孵化"梯次递进的教学实施过程,采取"认知与接受—探索与实践—适应与优化—提升与创业"梯次递进的学生主体自主学习模式培养过程,有效解决了上述问题,为职业院校在现代学徒制模式下开展双创教育提供指导和借鉴。
Under the modern apprenticeship mode, the logistics management major of higher vocational education carries out innovation and entrepreneurship education, which has obvious combination of professional characteristics and meets the requirements of“integrated professional”to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education. At the same time, the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the logistics management major of higher vocational education is carried out under the modern apprenticeship mode, which can produce entrepreneurial projects with professional innovation and industry demand, which has greater economic value and social value. However, in the modern apprenticeship pilot program of higher vocational logistics management, the separation of dual-education education and professional education, the students' innovation consciousness, entrepreneurship spirit and the dual-creative skills training professional education are out of touch, and the students' main body, independent learning and lifelong learning ability are insufficient. To this end, our school's logistics management profession has constructed and practiced a“6-layer and four-dimensional”dual-creation education system based on the modern apprenticeship system for higher vocational logistics management, and established“commonly-integrated-integrated-specialized-personalized”ladders. Into the dual-creative talent training goal, to build a“four-four-four-stage”ability progressive curriculum system and an advanced innovation and entrepreneurship practice training system from“association, competition selection, project training to entrepreneurial practice”, established from“enlightenment education”. The advanced innovation and entrepreneurship education system of“pre-education, specialized education and practical training”adopts the“course-simulation-practice-incubation”step-by-step teaching implementation process, adopting“cognition and acceptance-exploration and practice-adaptation and the optimization-enhancement and entrepreneurship process of the progressive”self-learning model of students has effectively solved the above problems. Double hit and college education in the modern apprenticeship model to provide guidance and reference.
