目视管理在医院门诊药房药品管理中的应用

Application of visual management in the practice application of drug management in outpatient pharmacy

目的分析目视管理在医院门诊药房药品管理中的应用价值。方法选取门诊药房2016年6月-2017年5月实施药品目视管理的处方为试验组,2015年6月-2016年5月实施传统药品管理的处方为对照组,比较2组的药品调剂差错率及账物相符率。结果试验组药品调剂差错率低于对照组,账物相符率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在门诊药房实行药品目视管理可显著降低药品调剂差错率,提高账物相符率,促进用药安全。

Objective To analyze the application of visual management in the drug management of hospital outpatient pharmacy.Methods The prescription for the implementation of visual management of drugs from June 2016 to May 2017 was selected as the experimental group,the prescription for the implementation of traditional drug management from June 2015 to May 2016 was selected as the control group,the error rate of drug adjustment and the coincidence rate of the account was compared between the two groups.Results The error rate of drug adjustment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the coincidence rate of the account was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of drug visual management in outpatient pharmacies can significantly reduce drug dispensing errors,improve the consistency of the account,and promote drug safety.
