中医药治疗糖尿病伴随视网膜病变疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic retinopathy

目的观察中医药治疗糖尿病伴随视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法将糖尿病视网膜病变患者84例随机分为中西医结合组及西医组各42例,西医组给予常规糖尿病治疗,中西医结合组在西医组基础上实施中医活血化瘀法治疗,对比2组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果中西医结合组总有效率为95.24%显著高于西医组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.08,P <0.05)。2组均未出现严重不良反应。结论临床对糖尿病视网膜病变患者实施糖尿病常规治疗加中医活血化瘀治疗后的临床效果较好,安全性高,此法值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods 84 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into Chinese and western medicine combined group and western medicine group,each of 42 cases.Western medicine group was given conventional diabetes treatment,Chinese and western medicine combined group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine to promote blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the basis of western medicine group.Compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups.Results The total effective rate of Chinese and western medicine combined group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than80.95% of western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2= 4.08,P 0.05）.No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion The clinical effect of conventional diabetes treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with diabetic retinopathy is better and safety.This method is worthy of clinical application.
