睫状体光凝术治疗持续性高眼压青光眼效果观察

The effect of cyclophotocoagulation in treatment of persistent high intraocular pressure glaucoma

目的观察睫状体光凝术治疗持续性高眼压青光眼效果。方法选取医院2017年1月-2018年2月收治的持续性高眼压青光眼患者90例,按照治疗方法的不同分为试验组与对照组各45例。试验组应用睫状体光凝术治疗,对照组应用小梁切除术治疗,比较2组患者的视力、眼压、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治疗前2组患者视力与眼压比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后2组视力与眼压均较治疗前显著改善,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后2组视力、眼压比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。2组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。试验组并发症发生率为11.1%低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论睫状体光凝术与小梁切除术在持续性高眼压青光眼的临床治疗上均可发挥良好疗效,前者的并发症发生率较低,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of cyclophotocoagulation treatment for persistent high intraocular pressure glaucoma.Methods 90 patients with persistent high intraocular pressure glaucoma admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected,according to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the experimental group（45 cases） and the control group（45 cases）.The experimental group was treated with cyclophotocoagulation,the control group was treated with trabeculectomy,the visual acuity,intraocular pressure,clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in visual acuity and intraocular pressure between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the visual acuity and intraocular pressure of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in visual acuity and intraocular pressure between the two groups after treatment（P〉0.05）.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The incidence of complications in the experimental group（11.1%） was lower than that in the control group（20.0%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cyclophotocoagulation and trabeculectomy can play a good effect in the clinical treatment of persistent high intraocular pressure glaucoma,the former has a low incidence of complications and is worthy of promotion.
