乡村振兴战略是有效解决"三农"发展短板、全面激活并深度释放广大农村发展活力、全面推进国家现代化进程的重要举措。将绿色发展理念贯穿于乡村振兴战略,是引领中国经济由高速发展转向高质量发展的必然要求。中国的乡村振兴目前面临环境问题日益突出、基础建设严重滞后、农业产业发展乏力、乡村振兴氛围不浓等问题,以绿色发展引领乡村振兴的对策主要有构建绿色生态,推进绿色惠民,夯实绿色基础,建设绿色乡村,发展绿色产业,推进绿色富民,打造绿色政治,传播绿色文明等。

The rural revitalization strategy is an important measure to effectively solve the shortcomings of the development of agriculture, the countryside and farmers, comprehensively activate and release the new vitality of rural development and advance the national modernization process in an all-round way. Integrating the concept of green development into the rural revitalization strategy is a necessary requirement for China＇s economy to shift from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development. China＇s rural revitalization is facing the problems of increasingly prominent environmental issues, serious lag in infrastructure construction, weak development of agricultural industry and a weak atmosphere of rural revitalization. The countermeasures to promote rural revitalization through green development are mainly to build green ecology, benefit the people in a green way, consolidate green foundation, build green villages, develop green industries, make people richer in an eco-friendly way, create green politics, and spread green civilization, etc.
