高危视网膜脱落的高度及中低度近视患者电生理F-ERG、F-VEP检测分析 被引量:2

Electrophysiological F-ERG,F-VEP detection of high and low-grade myopia in high-risk retinal detachment

摘要 目的探讨高危视网膜脱落的高度、中低度近视患者电生理F-ERG、F-VEP改变,了解视功能的损坏程度。方法选取2014年6月至2017年6月30例60眼高危视网膜脱落的高度近视患者和30例60眼高危视网膜脱落的中低度近视患者,对患者进行电生理F-ERG、F-VEP检测,并对检测值进行对比分析。结果在F-ERG检测中,高危视网膜脱落的中低度近视与高度近视比较,视杆细胞、最大反应和单次视锥a波振幅明显升高,视杆细胞、最大反应、OPS、单次视锥、30Hz闪烁b波振幅均有明显升高(P <0. 05);高度近视30Hz闪烁a波潜伏期和b波潜伏期与中低相比较均有明显降低(P <0. 05)。在F-VEP检测分析中,高度和中低度近视的b波振幅和b波潜伏期相当,差异未见统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论高危视网膜脱落患者的近视度数越高,a波和b波振幅值越低,b波潜伏期越长,视功能损坏越严重。 Objective To investigate the changes of electrophysiological F - ERG and F - VEP in patients with high, moderate and low myopia at high risk of retinal detachment and to investigate the extent of visual function impairment. Methods Thirty high myopia patients with high risk retinal detachment in 60 eyes and 30 low - grade myopia patients with high - risk retinal detachment in 60 eyes admitted from June 2014 to June 2017 were enrolled in this study. The electrophysiological F - ERG, F -VEP test, and compare the test values. Results In the F -ERG test, the high -risk retinal detachment of low and middle myopia compared with high myopia, the amplitudes of rod cells, maximum response and single cone a wave were significantly increased, and the amplitudes of rod ceils, maximum response, OPS, single cone and 30 Hz scintillation b wave w-re significantly increased (P 〈 0. 05 ). The a - wave latency of 30Hz flicker and the latency of b - wave in high myopia were significantly lower than those in low and middle phases (P 〈 0. 05 ). In the F - VEP test analysis, b wave amplitude and b wave latency in high and low myopia were similar, there was no significant difference (P 〉0. 05 ). Conclusions High risk of retinal detachment in patients with higher myopia, and b wave amplitude lower, b wave longer latency, the more serious damage to visual function.
