度洛西汀合并米氮平治疗老年难治性抑郁症的效果

Effect of duloxetine combined with mirazapine on patients with refractory depression

目的探讨度洛西汀合并米氮平治疗老年难治性抑郁症的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2014年12月至2017年8月110例老年难治性抑郁症患者,按治疗顺序分为两组,对照组57例实施度洛西汀治疗,研究组53例实施度洛西汀合并米氮平治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应进行比较。结果治疗结束后,研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组患者不良反应情况与对照组比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论度洛西汀合并米氮平治疗可有效提高老年难治性抑郁症的临床疗效,降低患者的不良反应率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of duloxetine combined with mirtazapine on elderly patients with refractory depression. Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with refractory depression treated from December 2014 to August 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment order. The 57 cases in the control group were treated with duloxetine, and 53 cases in the study group were treated with duloxetine and mirtazapine, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Duloxetine combined with mirtazapine can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with senile refractory depression, and reduce the adverse reaction rate of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
