The emergence of industry organizations is a historical inevitability, which has produced profound andfar-reaching impacts on American legal education. Under the market-oriented mechanism, the American Bar Association midthe Association of American Law School in mutual interaction mid supervision gradually established the complete standardsand requirements to the enrollment, running, teaching, graduation mid employment of law schools, increasingly fostering theprofessionalization of legal education and the quality of legal talent cultivation, and manipulating the entry and exit of legaleducation in the United States.
