摘要
目前产教融合存在的问题是:理念不清、定位不明、理解不深、职责不明、需求矛盾、保障缺位、引导不够。笔者构建"一融合两清单三提升"的人才培养模式,一融合指基于产教融合做到政府、企业与学校,在人才培养全过程中各自发挥其作用,达到在各个环节的融合。两清单是需求和能力清单。三提升是提升人才培养方案质量、提升人才培养质量、提升合作双方的质量。
The authors attempted to discuss a rational mode to integrate industries and higher vocational education byexamining the problems like unclear concept and orientation, superficial understanding, unclear responsibility, contradictorydemands, inadequate guarantee and insufficient guidauce. It suggested building a fusion of two listings plus threeimprovements for talents training that involves a fusion of governmental departments, enterprises and schools with their rolesto be fully played in the whole process of talent training, lists of demand and capacity, and improvements in the quality oftalents training plan, personnel training and paxtnership.
